By using FillyDash ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FillyDash provides a web app and browser extension to help you manage your profile, saved Q&A, resume, job applications, and cover letters. You can sync data between the web and the extension when you link your browser.

3. Account and Use

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of the data you provide. We process it as described in our Privacy Policy and to operate the Service. By using the Service, you grant us the rights necessary to store, sync, and display your data in accordance with these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not abuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it in a way that harms others or the Service. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for decisions you make based on generated content (e.g. cover letters).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FillyDash and its providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

9. Subscriptions, Renewals, and Cancellations

If you purchase a subscription to the Service, it will automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. For detailed information regarding refunds, please review our Refund Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
